An Exhibit!

Finally! With Covid waning, the summer of 2021 saw the exhibit Beasties and Marvels/Bestioles et Merveilles come to life at the Olde Blacksmith Art Gallery in Stanstead, QC. We were four artists showing our fascination and care for insects with a variety of materials! My work involved large and small paintings with ink on mylar paper over acrylic, sometimes on wood. Spending time exploring dragonfly habitat as well as remembering the magic of scarabs in Egypt were among the experiences that inspired the paintings.

And there was poetry too!
